You are an agent of the secret special forces A.A.U., deployed on a covert mission in Serbia that goes catastrophically wrong. Framed, intercepted, and stranded in the abandoned territory of Uzovnica, you must survive using every skill at your disposal in an environment where nothing is as it seems. The game challenges you to navigate claustrophobic corridors, confront hostile enemies, and unravel environmental storytelling designed to blur the line between military realism and psychological dread.

A.A.U. Black Site combines realistic visuals and found-footage aesthetics through a persistent bodycam perspective that grounds the experience in documentary-style immersion. The persistent bodycam perspective amplifies the horror, grounding every encounter in a chilling, found-footage aesthetic that feels disturbingly real. Intense first-person gunplay puts you as the prime target, with access to over 20 weapons including assault rifles, sub-machine guns, and pistols—allowing you to go tactical or go loud depending on your loadout choice.

The game features a unique adaptive horror system that adjusts the intelligence and aggression of its Anomalies based on player performance, with struggling players finding enemy instincts subtly reduced after repeated failures, while skilled players face increasingly relentless and unpredictable threats. An in-house adaptive audio system reacts to player actions in real time, powered by six evolving sound layers that shift from eerie ambient tension during stealth exploration to full-throttle percussion, bass, guitars, and aggressive beats as danger escalates.

Blending tactical gunplay with supernatural horror, the single-player FPS drops you into the abandoned Serbian territory of Uzovnica after a covert operation goes horribly wrong. At launch, the game includes two playable scenarios, God's Chosen and Guilt Trip, while Beneath the Rotten Sky is scheduled to arrive in a future update. This Early Access title appeals to players seeking psychological horror experiences grounded in tactical combat, with a focus on atmosphere, environmental storytelling, and the tension between military realism and supernatural dread.
