Yes. Expansion, game and stuff packs are add-ons: you need the base game installed and on the same account. They are the largest part of this catalogue, so it pays to check what you already own before buying.
No. Each annual entry is a new game, with its own purchase, its own player base and its own in-game currency. That is why several seasons of the same title live on this list at wildly different prices.
No. EA Play is a separate subscription granting temporary access to a catalogue; what you buy here are licences that stay on your account. They are two different things and we compare them separately.
