On console you choose between ray tracing and 60 FPS; on PC you do not.
It is the only platform where nothing has to give: on PS5 and Series X the ray-traced reflections exist only in quality mode, which runs at 30 FPS. The knock on the PC build is that customisation options are thin and frame generation cannot be enabled.
PS5 and Xbox Series X behave identically: a common 1440p at 30 FPS with ray-traced reflections, or a common 1080p at 60 FPS without them. Both hit their frame rate targets with no noticeable drops.
Series S gets a single mode at 1080p and 30 FPS, with no ray-traced reflections, less ambient occlusion and a shorter lighting draw distance. It also loses particles, godrays, texture quality and the translucency on character skin.
⚠ In a game this dependent on lighting, the Series S cuts show: it is the only version with no ray-traced reflections and no skin translucency.

PC, because it is the only place where you do not have to trade ray-traced reflections for 60 FPS. On console, the best image is the quality mode on PS5 or Xbox Series X: a common 1440p with ray-traced reflections.
Quality runs at a common 1440p and 30 FPS, with ray-traced reflections and extra lighting enhancements. Performance switches those reflections off and drops to a common 1080p to reach 60 FPS.
None. They share both modes, the same common resolutions and the same frame rate targets, and neither suffers noticeable drops.
It is the most heavily trimmed build. A single mode at 1080p and 30 FPS, no ray-traced reflections, less ambient occlusion, a shorter lighting draw distance, fewer particles and godrays, lower textures and no translucency on character skin.
No. The analysis flags that as a shortcoming, along with the sparse graphics customisation options for a PC release.
