The best version of Halo: Campaign Evolved is on PC, and on console PS5 Pro leads.
On PC you do not have to choose between resolution and smoothness: any RTX 50 card runs it maxed out above 150 FPS with DLSS. You also get ultrawide, adjustable field of view, 120 FPS, ray tracing and four upscalers (TSR, DLSS 4.0, FSR 4.0 and XeSS 2.0) with frame generation.
On console all three big versions ship the same two modes. Quality runs at 30 FPS with more resolution, better lighting and more terrain detail; performance targets 60. PS5 Pro breaks the tie: it keeps quality settings inside performance mode and holds steadier.
Series S gets both modes but at lower settings. And in a first-person game the analysis is blunt: pick performance everywhere. The cheapest key is on Xbox at 34.38 €, nearly the same as PC (34.99 €); on PS5 the key jumps to 59.99 €.
⚠ Performance mode shows occasional stutter on PS5 and Series X, though the analysis calls it nothing serious.

Xbox is the Series X column unless Series S is stated. Resolution, modes, FPS, VRR and download size come from the videos; HDR, ray tracing and PC features from the technical sheet and the official Xbox catalogue.
PC, because it is the only one that does not force a choice between resolution and smoothness: an RTX 50 card runs it maxed above 150 FPS with DLSS. On console, the steadiest image is PS5 Pro.
Two on every machine: quality and performance. Quality runs at 30 FPS with more resolution, better lighting and more terrain detail. Performance targets 60 FPS.
Performance. This is a first-person game and 60 FPS is what matters, as the analysis puts it. PS5 and Series X stutter occasionally in that mode, but nothing serious.
It keeps some quality-mode settings inside performance mode and runs more consistently. It is the best console version.
It has the same two modes as everything else, but with lower settings in both.
Yes on PC, and yes on Xbox according to the official catalogue. For PS5 there is no published data on ray tracing.
TSR, DLSS 4.0, FSR 4.0 and XeSS 2.0, plus frame generation from DLSS, FSR and XeSS. It also has ultrawide and an adjustable field of view.
The Xbox catalogue declares shared split screen and cross-platform co-op, on top of online co-op.
Yes, through Xbox Cloud, on console and on PC. The Steam build does not use Steam Cloud.
