No version of Gotham Knights comes out clean, but PC is the only one that can go past 30 FPS.
It is the only version not locked to 30 FPS and the only one where you can touch settings, but the port wastes hardware: an RTX 4090 records drops of up to 50 FPS with any DLSS mode. In our own measurements on the top preset with ray tracing, the fastest cards sit well above 200 FPS, so raw power is not the issue.
PS5 and Series X are level: 2160p, 30 FPS and ray tracing on, with no 40 FPS or 120 Hz mode and near-constant stutter. There is no way to switch ray tracing off for extra frames, which is exactly what the analysis asked for.
Series S drops to 1440p and goes without ray tracing. That sounds like a big cut, but it barely matters here: the shadow and lighting differences are minimal and outdoor reflections are poorly applied anyway.
⚠ Every console version is locked to 30 FPS and stutters almost constantly; the analysis covers the launch patch.

Resolution, modes and FPS come from the video analyses above. The rest is published by each platform's official store and by the game's technical sheet on PC. Where nobody publishes the figure we put a dash, not a guess.

Xbox is the Series X column unless Series S is stated. Resolution, modes, FPS, VRR and download size come from the videos; HDR, ray tracing and PC features from the technical sheet and the official Xbox catalogue.

PC, the only version with free settings, ray tracing and no 30 FPS cap. That said, the port wastes graphics power: an RTX 4090 records drops of up to 50 FPS with any flavour of DLSS.
30 FPS, full stop. There is no performance mode, no 40 FPS option and no 120 Hz mode on PS5 or Xbox Series. All three consoles also suffer near-constant stutter.
Almost none: both run at 2160p and 30 FPS with ray tracing active. The real gap is with Series S, which drops to 1440p and has no ray tracing at all.
Not really. It covers shadows, reflections and lighting, but the shadow and lighting differences are minimal, and while reflections add detail indoors, outdoors they are poorly applied, especially in puddles.
We have measured 28 cards on the top preset with ray tracing: an RTX 4090 sits between 225 and 245 FPS and an RX 6900 XT between 147 and 150. Power is not the problem here, the port is.
The technical analysis only covers PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC, so we have no resolution or performance data for last-generation consoles.
