Gears of War Reloaded looks nearly identical everywhere.
The analysis puts it plainly: the differences between platforms are anecdotal and for all practical purposes the versions look the same. Series X and PS5 output 2160p upscaled from 1552p-1440p at 60 Hz, and both nail the frame rate in the 60 and 120 FPS modes.
The gap that does exist is in shadows and reflections: PC and PS5 Pro improve both with SSR, and PS5 Pro also renders around 25% higher and upscales with PSSR, while Series S, Series X and PS5 use AMD FSR. On PC ambient occlusion comes out less intense than on console, and the analyst cannot say whether that is deliberate or a bug.
With the versions this close, price decides: the Xbox key, on Microsoft Store ES, is the cheapest, ahead of the PC and PS5 ones.
⚠ Two caveats: the multiplayer figures come from the beta, and in the campaign consoles only get the 60 Hz mode.

Resolution, modes and FPS come from the video analyses above. The rest is published by each platform's official store and by the game's technical sheet on PC. Where nobody publishes the figure we put a dash, not a guess.

Xbox is the Series X column unless Series S is stated. Resolution, modes, FPS, VRR and download size come from the videos; HDR, ray tracing and PC features from the technical sheet and the official Xbox catalogue.
PC and PS5 Pro, the two with better shadows and reflections through SSR. Even so, the analysis stresses that the differences between platforms are anecdotal and that in practice the versions look the same.
Two in multiplayer, 60 Hz and 120 Hz, and the second needs a 120 Hz display. In the campaign consoles only offer the 60 Hz mode.
Sixty or 120 depending on the mode, and the analysis describes them as rock solid on every platform. These are figures observed in a video analysis made with the beta, not a measurement of ours.
Both output 2160p upscaled: from 1552p-1440p at 60 Hz and from 1080p-914p at 120 Hz. Xbox Series S sits at a dynamic 1440p, commonly 1080p-960p at 60 Hz and 960p-700p at 120 Hz. These are beta figures.
It renders at a higher resolution, commonly 25% higher, upscales with PSSR instead of AMD FSR and improves shadows and reflections with SSR. At 60 Hz it starts from 1800p-1440p and at 120 Hz from 1607p-1440p.
Xbox Series S, Series X and PS5 use AMD FSR; PS5 Pro uses PSSR. On PC, PCGamingWiki lists FSR 3.1 and DLSS 3.5.
It holds up. It keeps both frame rate modes and sustains them, and its cuts stop at textures and shadows. What drops is resolution: a dynamic 1440p against the 2160p of Series X and PS5.
Yes. The official Xbox catalogue flags cross-platform play and online co-op, plus local split screen.
Free settings, 4K support, 120 FPS, HDR, anisotropic filtering and FSR 3.1 or DLSS 3.5 upscaling. Ultrawide and field of view are partial. We have no per-card FPS measurement of our own for this game.
The cheapest key is on Xbox. Above it sit PC and PS5. Prices move every day: the live ones are on each version’s page. Watch out for account offers, cheaper because they are not a purchase in your name.
