Exoprimal runs best on PC, and among consoles Xbox Series X is the one that holds 60 FPS most reliably.
PC is the only version with free settings, 4K, up to 120 FPS and FSR 2.1 upscaling. In a co-op action game built around 60 FPS, being able to push past that ceiling is the real difference.
Series X and PS5 share the same target, a dynamic 2160p at 60 FPS, but the average resolution is higher on Series X and its frame rate holds better under stress. PS5 answers with better shadows, reflections and draw distance on some assets, and only dips when certain special abilities fire.
PS4 stops at a dynamic 1080p and 30 FPS, PS4 Pro at 1260p and around 40, and neither keeps them steady. Dinosaur animations lose frames once the screen fills with enemies, so last gen is a last resort.
⚠ Series S cannot hold 60 FPS during combat, which is exactly where the game needs them.

Xbox is the Series X column unless Series S is stated. Resolution, modes, FPS, VRR and download size come from the videos; HDR, ray tracing and PC features from the technical sheet and the official Xbox catalogue.
PC, the only one with free settings, 4K, up to 120 FPS and FSR 2.1 upscaling. Among consoles, Series X and PS5 both reach a dynamic 2160p, with a slightly higher average resolution on Series X.
It does on PS5, Series X and Series S, but not equally well. Series X is the steadiest, PS5 loses up to 10 FPS with some special abilities, and Series S cannot hold them in combat.
Only if there is no alternative. PS4 runs at a dynamic 1080p and 30 FPS, PS4 Pro at 1260p and around 40, and neither holds the frame rate once the screen fills with enemies.
Series X has a higher average resolution and a steadier frame rate under stress. PS5 answers with better shadows, reflections and draw distance on some assets.
On PC, PCGamingWiki lists it as unsupported. The Xbox catalogue does declare it on the game's listing, so the two sources disagree here.
