Scammers. I bought a game, they ask me for confidential info from my account and to create a new one, and when I ask for a refund they won't give it. Scammers.

I bought a Sonic Frontiers key from Nintendo switch in February. They never delivered it, and they offered me a refund, which I accepted, but they've never actually refunded the money. I wrote both through the site's chat and by email and they don't answer either.
So be careful, they sell you the keys, don't deliver them, and on top of that they don't give you your money back either, IT'S A SCAM, read the sales policy carefully

Judging by the sheer number of reviews, this store seems to be really popular and widely used. I knew about it, to be honest. It seems pretty reliable and good. =)

Simply the biggest piece of garbage in a long time. The support accounts for activating the games are banned, so you can't download anything, and their solution is to make you waste days to give you other ones and then just as many more days to refund your money. I don't recommend anyone use this platform. You don't save enough to take the risk. Something I went through recently.

The worst experience of my life. After talking to them from minute 1, to the point where I no longer know if I'm talking to a person or a robot... they assured me my order was being marked as urgent...

I'm writing this 72 hours after that moment, and I still have no news about my game.

To top it all off, they only let you request a refund after 72 hours have passed, but the refund takes effect between 3 days and 28 BUSINESS days...

- They charge you the second you buy the game, as I understand it should be.
- The game says a maximum delay of 48h, with a nice counter that tells you how long ago you bought it.
- After 48h, the counter disappears and you're screwed, because the default message is a piece of s...
- When you can finally request the refund after 72h, they tell you between 3 and 28 BUSINESS days, which already makes me suspect that it won't be 3 days...

In the end, cheap ALWAYS ends up costing more...

Horrible. I've been waiting 3 days for my game and all they answer with is copy-pastes. They keep giving you the runaround and you get nothing, it's a scam. The worst experience I've ever had buying games.
