When does WRC Generations for Nintendo Switch drop in price?
It tends to drop around the same time of year: its sales have landed in January, September and March.
It has only been cheaper on 17 days since 2022.
Its 3 drops were in January, September and March, so that is what it has done so far, not a forecast.
It also drops to roughly the same price every time (€8.68), so waiting for the next one would not get you much better than today.
How much does WRC Generations for Nintendo Switch cost right now?
WRC Generations for Nintendo Switch starts at €5.70 (€6.21 with fees) at Key4Games — that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €7.05 (€8.29 with fees) at Gamivo.
That €5.70 (€6.21 with fees) already includes the GOCDKEYS15 coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Just 8 stores stock it, 9 offers in all, so there is little here to push the price either way.
That puts it 0% under its average of €9.17 since 2024, so today is a better entry point than most days of its life.

Are these stores safe to buy WRC Generations from?
Key4Games is the cheapest at €5.70 (€6.21 with fees) with only 37 reviews behind it. The best-backed alternative in the same format is Difmark at €6.71 (€7.01 with fees), 4.1 out of 5 across 14.2k reviews, €1.01 (€0.80 with fees) more.
Which WRC Generations format should you buy?
The cheapest route is a shared account at €5.70 (€6.21 with fees; Key4Games), 25% under the cheapest eShop code, €7.05 (€8.29 with fees) at Gamivo. It is worth knowing what that buys: with an account you play on someone else's credentials and the game never becomes yours, while the code does.
Can you activate WRC Generations in US?
2 of the 9 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
That matters more on Switch than anywhere else: eShop codes are strictly regional, a code from one region will not redeem on an account from another, and there is no way to convert it afterwards.
Any other way to pay less for WRC Generations?
With so little movement on the game itself, the saving left is in the balance: an eShop card worth $35 for United States costs $32.24 at Gamivo today, 7.9% under face value, and that balance spends on anything.
Is WRC Generations worth it?
The press verdict is 74 out of 100 from 25 reviews, and 63% would recommend it.
So, which WRC Generations deal should you buy?
For most people the key at €7.05 (€8.29 with fees) at Gamivo is the sensible buy: the game stays on your own account and it is only €1.35 (€2.08 with fees) more than the shared account.
