Embark on a dark tale of treachery as the hooded Ratman Vihneek, an ambitious killer devoted to ascending to the top of his shadowy Eshin clan at all costs. Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Deathmaster's gritty, atmospheric environments are beautifully twisted with relentless decay, accented with shadows and dark spaces prime for Vihneek to sneak through – and strike from. A richly detailed art style evokes suspense and thrilling tension while delivering a unique, unsettling vision of a Skaven world teeming with secrets that should never be unearthed.

Gameplay takes the form of 2D sidescrolling action that heavily emphasizes relying on stealth to bypass obstacles, while setting traps and cleverly using surroundings to take out threats. When all else fails, of course, Vihneek is just as capable of slicing apart foes face-to-face. Set traps, exploit your surroundings and outwit enemies as you ruthlessly carve your fate through the darkest corners of the Skaven world. Slink past threats undetected while devising cunning plans, savagely slaughtering any Skaven who foolishly stands in your way, from cowering dregs to towering rat ogors.

The game will follow the treacherous journey of a Skaven assassin from Clan Eshin as he schemes and murders his way up the clan's hierarchy. This marks a departure from the large-scale strategy games often associated with the Warhammer brand, offering a more personal and violent perspective on the universe. A fresh, ambitious take on the globally beloved Warhammer franchise inspired by the greatest 2D action platformer and stealth-enriched classics.

Deathmaster combines cunning stealth mechanics with brutal combat, challenging players to balance lethal precision with environmental awareness. Every shadow becomes a weapon, every trap a tool for advancement. The game rewards both patience and ruthlessness, demanding players think like an assassin—anticipate threats, exploit weaknesses, and strike with calculated ferocity.

Ideal for fans of challenging 2D action games who crave a darker, more intimate take on the Warhammer universe. Whether you favor silent eliminations or head-on confrontation, Deathmaster offers multiple paths to ascension within Clan Eshin's merciless hierarchy.
