"Please Be Happy" tells the story of Miho, a creature born in the forests of Korea who, thanks to the memory of a kind traveler who told her of a home, has transformed into something more human than animal. For a long time, she has searched for her ideal person, that figure who would complete her existence.

Finally, Miho arrives by airship in Wellington, one of the jewels of New Zealand's floating island. Despite having spent years observing people, she discovers she still has much to learn about human culture and society, as her life as a thief, based on her keen senses, allowed her to see the worst in humanity.
