As your army falls back before an overwhelming enemy force, you must rescue wounded soldiers from the battlefield, provide emergency medical care, establish and manage temporary field hospitals, and evacuate stabilized casualties—all while constantly relocating your camp to stay ahead of the advancing foe.

Gameplay emphasizes real-time decision-making and resource management. You'll assign personnel to different roles, construct and deconstruct medical facilities to adapt to changing circumstances, gather supplies, and strategically position your unit to maximize lives saved.
