Cardsharp is a high-stakes blackjack game with a dark twist. You sit at a table with your hand held flat, and your five fingers serve as your entire health bar. Win a hand and you pocket cash; lose and the dealer claims a finger. The core loop alternates between tense card decisions and managing your physical stakes—each loss brings you closer to the table with fewer digits.

The gameplay mechanics extend beyond standard blackjack through a system of cursed items and sabotage tools that transform multiplayer sessions into psychological warfare. Players can burn opponents' saved cards with a Zippo lighter, push cursed rings onto others' fingers to create shared damage, or gift unsellable items like the Duck—a permanent inventory slot consumer that squeaks mockingly. Strategic item shops appear every third round, forcing decisions about spending winnings on protection or offense.

What distinguishes Cardsharp is its fusion of gambling mechanics with roguelike progression and asymmetric multiplayer dynamics. Solo play offers a steady climb against the dealer; online multiplayer introduces chaos through player-versus-player sabotage, shared fate mechanics, and limited resources. The dark room aesthetic and finger-loss consequence system create genuine tension absent from traditional card games.

Cardsharp appeals to players seeking strategy-driven card games with social elements, roguelike enthusiasts who enjoy run-based progression, and those drawn to games that blend humor with genuine stakes. The title works equally well as a solo experience or as a party game where friendship becomes collateral damage.
