What follows isn't a story of redemption, but a spiral of chaos, debauchery, and revenge in which every day is a battle to find the next drink or the next fix. Your body depends on it, and if you don't keep your urges satisfied, withdrawal can become brutal: distorted vision, clumsy movements, and a disconnection from reality that manifests in dynamic hallucinations.

The world around you is divided by street factions, each with its own boss, its own codes, and its own territory. If you want to be someone again, you'll have to confront them, conquer their territories, and subdue their followers. Combat is dirty, improvised, and brutal, using everything from broken bottles to homemade weapons you can make yourself. Steal, swindle, scavenge, and do whatever it takes to survive.
