Take On Mars is a game that mixes space simulation and survival, creating a visually striking title with a huge variety of possibilities. We could be said that the game differs, or is formed, by parts being our objectives in each part very different. On the one hand we have the first chapter, where we will take control of one of the space agencies of the Earth and our main mission will be to evaluate the conditions of the red planet for a future manned mission. In this phase, we will take control of all that the current space science and technology is able to offer us: All types of space probes, exploration robots, Rover, unmanned ships in which we will control the descent, ... We will control all these devices and send them to a distance of hundreds of millions of kilometers with the sole mission of collecting scientific data on the red planet. In the second part of the game, we will take control of an astronaut destined to colonize Mars, but during the descent something does not work, which will cause an accident in the ship and control of the Earth will give us for dead, although this is where it begins the survival phase. We will rely on our mechanical engineering skills and fight for survival by building everything we will need to survive and return home. But the thing does not end here, because Take on Mars has a multiplayer mode in which we will join more friends to establish the foundations of a human colony on Mars, in a sandbox in which we will extract raw materials, create compounds and even use the 3D printer to build whatever elements we will need to survive.
