Buyer, be prepared! If you purchase more than 3(?) products at once, or more than 3(?) separate purchases within 24 hours, you will be asked to fill out a form, sign it (in handwriting), send a copy of your ID, and a photo of yourself with your ID visible. They do it at least with Paypal buyers, due to alleged scams. It's not a big problem, but if you're unaware you might run a long way to get your purchased product. Or might as well botched if you have no scanner or printer at hand. You have to do this only once, once you're in the system, there's no need to do this again. Otherwise it's a good store, a heaven for MMO players.

Bought Black Ops 1 from them about one year ago but they took over 4 days to get me the CD Key. They believed my PayPal was using a fake debit card (which it doesn't because it's verified) and their support team is awful.
