Several human experiments are introduced into the same scenario, all locked up and surrounded by all kinds of traps and dangerous characters roaming everywhere.

The premise of these scenarios where they lock you up is similar to that of an "escape room", but much more macabre and keeping your heart rate at maximum. Something like Dead by Daylight but with an elaborate story behind it. You must find a way to open each door, operate each mechanism, and escape from the most dangerous patients to stay alive until you escape from the scenario. Then, back to the laboratory and onto the next test.
