The Council is an episodic game that offers players a narrative adventure, in which we must make our own choices, which will directly affect the development not only of the story but also of our character. 

Difficult decisions, with permanent and lasting consequences, in a tale of intrigue and manipulation replete with plot turns, where we must investigate and talk to all the characters, each of them with their secrets, motivations and ambitions. History places us in 1793, and our character is a member of the secret society Louis de Richet. We are invited to travel to a private island off the coast of England by the enigmatic Lord Mortimer, and alongside him are several high-profile guests, including Napoleon Bonaparte and the new president of the United States of America, George Washington. 

The game uses a unique Social Influence system where our character's abilities and the resources we have at our disposal will be the key to gain advantage and achieve the desired result in every conversation and every encounter.
