8-Bit Invaders is a real-time strategy game where you can select one of two races that fight for control of the galaxy. On the one hand there are the forces of the GALACTIC MARINE CORPS, equipped with the most modern of weapon technologies, and on the other side, we have the hordes of CRANIOIDS, aliens that exterminate everything in its way. It is a strategy game in which we will must build a base, collect resources and use these resources to recruit an imposing army capable of crushing our enemies. The title consists of an individual campaign, and 10 alternative missions to play cooperatively with a friend. It also has a combat mode against AI on maps for 2, 4, 6 or 8 players in skirmish-type battles where we will must defeat our enemies by planning a strategy based on construction, resource management and creation of an army.
